French Immersion Course
We are delighted to announce the 4th Edition of FRIMM Agen (French Immersion Class in Agen), a unique linguistic program designed to bridge the gap between learning French and living it. Taking place immediately following the renowned Agen Workshop, this immersion week will return in 2027 – Dates will be released soon!
A Focus on Total Immersion What sets FRIMM apart is its commitment to authentic interaction. To ensure participants are surrounded by the French language 24/7, all students are hosted by local families residing in Agen or the surrounding area. Accommodation is included in the package. This homestay experience allows for natural conversation and deep cultural exchange outside of structured hours.
A Dynamic Schedule: Classroom & Culture Classes are intentionally kept small, with a strict limit of 8 participants per group to maximize speaking time.

The daily schedule combines intensive instruction with active discovery:
- Morning Sessions (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM): Dedicated to classroom-based learning to strengthen your linguistic foundations.
- Lunch: Participants enjoy midday meals in small local restaurants offering a perfect setting to practice ordering and conversing in a real-world environment.
- Afternoon Sessions (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM): The classroom moves to the streets! Afternoons are devoted to exploring the city of Agen and discovering local culture. You will visit local artisans, such as traditional cheese makers (fromageries), and explore historical sites, allowing you to practice your French in lively, authentic contexts.
